This scholarship was established in memory of Andrew D. Cotner, a graduate of Champaign Centennial High School. Scholarships from the fund are to be used for financial assistance for attendance at a college, university or trade school. Students who have participated in athletics and/or have had a family or medical hardship will be given priority.
